Area: 10000 sq. ft. Interior; 4000 sq. ft. Roof Deck

Michalski Studio sought to maximize facade glazing while creating a design that would fit into both the fabric of the Grove Street Redevelopment District in downtown Jersey City and the brand's identity. That same identity continues inside with a raw space complimented by a steel and wood main staircase that links both interior levels and the roof terrace.
