Michalski Studio Architecture was brought on to the project team for this major interior renovation to an existing log home in Jackson, Wyoming. As an “outsider” MSA was able to offer a fresh perspective to help the property owner reach their goals.

Working within the confines of traditional log home construction offered many challenges but also many opportunities. Retrofitting existing conditions and adding a new grand steel & timber staircase required thorough structural detailing and constant communication with the team on site.
