Delaware River House

The home, adjacent to the Delaware River in Burlington New Jersey, is a unique example of architecture located in a community littered with colonial and Victorian influences. Our primary goal was to take the rigid interior layout and merge its historical charm with that of a contemporary lifestyle. The existing kitchen which occupies the footprint of an original porch has been reimagined to open the rear of the building to a redeveloped back yard.
